At Party Jacket, we specialize in creating premium, made-to-order outerwear. Because each piece is individually handcrafted to match your specific preferences, our return and exchange process differs from typical retail policies. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
The Handmade Promise
Every jacket from Party Jacket is made with expert craftsmanship and attention to detail. Due to the nature of handcrafted production:
Slight variations in color, stitching, or inner lining may occur based on available materials and artisan methods. These are not considered flaws—they’re signs of authenticity.
However, if your jacket arrives with a clear manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly repair or replace it at no additional cost after inspection and approval.
Customs Duties & Local Taxes
Buyers are responsible for paying all applicable local taxes, VAT, and customs duties.
If these charges are refused or not paid, resulting in return or destruction of the parcel by customs, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
Contact us at support@partyjacket.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after 15 days will not be accepted.
Once approved, we will send you the return address and shipping instructions.
After receiving authorization, you must ship the item back within 7 days.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service.
We are not responsible for lost or untrackable return packages.
Return Eligibility
For a return or exchange to be accepted:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original, resellable condition.
All original tags and packaging must be included.
Jackets must be free from damage, odors (perfume, smoke), stains, or signs of wear.
Items that fail inspection will be returned without refund.
Order Modification Window
If you need to change your order:
You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this window, changes cannot be guaranteed due to our fast-paced production workflow.
Custom Orders – Final Sale
Please note:
All custom-sized or personalized jackets are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Double-check all sizing and customization details before placing your order.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
We do not accept returns on:
Custom-sized or personalized jackets
Worn, used, or damaged items
Orders returned after 15 days
Clearance, final sale, or discounted products
One-of-a-kind, limited edition, or bespoke pieces
Items returned without prior approval
Sales & Clearance Items
Products labeled “Final Sale” or purchased through the Sale section are not eligible for return or exchange.
Using a coupon code does not make an item final sale unless otherwise stated.
Abandoned Deliveries
If a shipment is refused, not collected, or abandoned, Party Jacket is not responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction. Replacements will not be issued for customer negligence.
Production & Delivery Timeline
Standard jackets: 12–15 business days
Custom-size orders: 3–4 weeks
Production delays may occur due to high demand or material availability
Color & Material Variation Disclaimer
While we do our best to deliver what you see online, small variations in color or texture may occur due to:
Lighting during photography
Natural leather textures
Differences in device screens
Such minor variations are not considered defects and fall under our standard return guidelines.
Tailoring Marks
Some handmade jackets may have light pencil markings as part of the tailoring process. These are completely normal and can be easily wiped away.
